At The Pawlish, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are typically processed within 1–4 days after your order confirmation email is received.

During high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or unexpected delays, processing may take up to 2–5 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
We offer the following shipping options:

Free Standard Shipping — Free
Priority Processing & Shipping — $4.99

Please note: Priority Processing & Shipping moves your order ahead in our processing queue, but it does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Final delivery time may still depend on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, customs, and other factors outside of our control.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

USA: 3–10 business days
UK: 3–10 business days
Australia: 5–12 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days
Rest of the world: 8–15 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to high package volume, weather, holidays, customs processing, or local delivery conditions.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING:
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and tracking link, if available.

Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. In some cases, tracking may not update immediately, but your package may still be moving through the carrier network.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first for the most accurate delivery information.

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@thepawlish.com and we will do our best to assist you.

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING PARTNERS:
To help keep our prices fair and maintain reliable product availability, orders may be fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partners and warehouses.

Depending on product availability and your shipping destination, your order may ship from different fulfillment locations.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Because we work quickly to process orders, there is only a limited window to cancel, modify, or update an address after an order is placed.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@thepawlish.com with your order number.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, The Pawlish may not be responsible for reshipping costs or replacement.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES:
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, front desk, mailroom, or secure delivery area.

The Pawlish is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

However, if you need help reviewing your situation, you may contact us at support@thepawlish.com and we will do our best to assist.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES:
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

The Pawlish is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid import fees.

UNDELIVERABLE COUNTRIES:
At this time, we do not ship to the following countries or regions:

Morocco, Nigeria, Kosovo, South Sudan, Martinique, Albania, Indonesia, Algeria, and Tunisia.

If your shipping destination is unavailable at checkout, we may be unable to fulfill your order.
